  • Yes! We ship internationally. Carrier and shipping times may vary depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 Business days after shipping. International delivery times vary by country.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged, please contact us at info@sugapak.com within 7 days with photos, and we’ll help you out.

  • We’re so sorry! Please email us at info@sugapak.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll replace it or issue a store credit.

  • Orders are processed quickly, so we may not be able to make changes once they’re placed. If you need help, reach out to info@sugapak.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best!

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and other secure payment methods at checkout.
